Clean apartment with decent space for a family. Quick air conditioning response when trying to beat the heat.
Road noise from outside can be a nuisance, particularly if windows are open. Fridge freezer showed rust marks inside and lacked a microwave or TV. Noise from the apartment above became noticeable during the stay, but not overwhelmingly disruptive.

The stay at Balaris Apartments was really enjoyable. Cleanliness stood out right away. the property was spotless, exceeding expectations. The welcoming touch with bottled water, milk, and coffee was a nice surprise after arriving late. The maid service was attentive, with bins emptied regularly and clean towels provided frequently. The location couldn't be better, just a quick 2-minute walk to tasty crepes and a lovely bakery. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our family. On the downside, the air conditioning was quite temperamental, needing adjustments now and then. There were enough amenities, but a fridge with some rust marks and the absence of a microwave or TV could be felt, especially for longer stays. Road noise was noticeable but manageable with the air conditioning on. a great stay with a few areas that could use some attention.
